Get Paid Faster Improving invoicing and progress billing, selecting appropriate accounts receivable and payable tools, and setting up vendor and subcontractor onboarding processes, including W-9 documentation. 3. Customer Financing and Sales Setup Researching and implementing third-party customer financing options and integrating them into the quote-to-close sales process. 4. Systems Setup and Cleanup Setting up, improving, and connecting QuickBooks Online, CRM platforms, project management tools, and field-service systems. 5. AI and Automation Implementation Identifying opportunities for AI and automation, implementing solutions within existing tools, and establishing clear inputs, review checkpoints, and safeguards. 6. People and Hiring Systems Setting up hiring processes, role definitions, payroll and HR systems, performance reviews, and bonus structures. 7. Bookkeeping and Back-Office Support Providing or coordinating support for maintaining business records, bills, invoices, and vendor documentation. I begin by understanding how your business currently operates, then design and implement solutions using your existing tools where possible. Systems are tested through real work, followed by documentation, training, and a short stabilization period. Projects have a defined scope and an agreed price before work begins.
